We are back from holiday and catching up orders!

Our webshop will be closed next Monday, June 15 through Sunday, June 21 2020.
(if things are going well, the shop will open earlier)

The last major update was done in 2016, the technology is going so fast, it is already a bit outdated.
It is therefore time for renewal.

It is again a major intervention, especially the system behind the scenes is completely overhauled.
Not much has changed for the customer, because we mainly have positive feedback about our webshop.
Some changes and improvements here and there.

We therefore need a number of days to transfer and set everything up as well as possible.
Therefore you cannot place orders these days.
Do you need something urgently?
Please order before Sunday 14 June, so that we can process and send it as soon as possible.
Backorders are still being processed.

In these uncertain times, we would like to keep you, as our valued customer, informed about how PinballShop.nl is dealing with the situation in the Netherlands.

Our admiration goes out to everyone who takes care of each other in these circumstances. Whether at home or at work. Together we make the difference. That is why the well-being of our colleagues and customers comes first. We therefore continuously observe all precautions. This means that the guidelines of the government and RIVM within PinballShop.nl are strictly adhered to.

At the same time, you can still just order from PinballShop.nl. Our deliverers from partners GLS, DPD and UPS ensure that your order is delivered quickly and neatly at home, as you are used to from PinballShop.nl. We do however ensure as little human contact as possible, so we have turned off the option for collection. If you choose UPS Access Point as the shipping method, please check in advance whether the chosen UPS Access Point is open.

We hope to be of service to you as much as possible. And of course we will keep you informed of any changes.

During the holiday, opening hours are different:

We are closed during Christmas (Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 December 2018).
From Friday 27 December we are processing emails and orders as usual, but please give us time to catch up two days of work.

Wednesday 1 January 2019 no shipments.
From Thursday 2 January 2019 we are processing emails and orders as usual again.

We've been working almost 2 years nonstop since our last holiday, so our employees have earned relaxation for 2 weeks.
