Like an extra pair of thin fingers, this handy tool helps you get to bulbs in the hardest-to-reach places. For installing, just pop a new bulb in the end of the tool, insert into socket, twist, and remove tool. For removing, just push tool onto bulb, turn, and remove! Doesn't get any easier than this!
