Just glue the plate onto the USB connector and you're ready.

The diameter is 32,2 millimeters, which is the same size as most push buttons in front of a pinball machine cabinet (start button, extra ball button etc.).

The diameter for the screw holes is 3,2 millimeters, so the plate can be mounted with M3 screws.
